We offer a range of bespoke packages to fit most budgets. All frames come with a custom Oakanda foldingcase and microfiber lens cloth. Please carefully read the terms below. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms.
TIMING. Signature frames are delivered within one week of receiving payment. Deluxe and VIP frames maytake up to two weeks depending on order volume and customer feedback.
RUSH ORDERS. Rush delivery within 24 hours is available for an additional charge. Please text530-OAKANDA with your specific information to request a quote.
DELIVERY. Frames may be picked up by appointment at our office in downtown Oakland. Shipping from USPS or FedEx is also available.

• CASH: $10 off for cash payment, by appointment at our office.
• SOCIAL MEDIA DISCOUNT. $20 off if you follow us and tag us on social media within 48 hours of receiving your frames. This discount is refunded to the card used for payment, or in cash if that was used.
REFUNDS. No refunds are allowed for Bespoke orders. We have very limited inventory, often only 1 of 1 pieces, and we hold the frames for you once payment is made. In certain special situations, if we haven't started designing your glasses, we may issue a refund minus a $50 admin fee. Any refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
We strive to make designer eyewear accessible to everyone. We offer 20% off to veterans, and 30% off to those on longterm disability or households that qualify as low income. To apply, please email assistance@oakanda.org with a brief explanation of your situation and supporting documentation.
